DFR Training and Implementation Specialist - Remote

In Short

• Conduct onboarding sessions for new clients to ensure they understand UAV systems.
• Develop and deliver customized training programs for clients.
• Travel to client locations for hands-on training and support.
• Act as the primary point of contact for existing customers.
• Gather user feedback to inform product improvements.
• Monitor client usage to identify training opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing on case studies.
• Maintain records of client interactions and training activities.
• Support other areas of the Customer Success department as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Education, Engineering, or Business preferred.
• Public safety or military experience preferred.
• 2+ years in customer success, training, or technical support roles.
• Knowledge of Part 107 Rules, Aviation Weather, and Drone Controls.
• Strong technical aptitude and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively (up to 75% of the time).
• Proactive problem-solver with a customer-focused attitude.
• Experience in UAV or drone technology.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
