Overview

The Re-implementation & Re-training Specialist will lead the re-implementation and training processes for Mekari Talenta, focusing on optimizing HR and payroll operations for clients.

In Short

• Lead the full re-implementation and re-training process for Mekari Talenta.
• Develop and deliver customized training sessions and product demos.
• Conduct regular client reviews to gather feedback and provide consultative advice.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices for payroll processing and HR data analytics.
• Troubleshoot client issues related to system configuration and payroll calculations.
• Analyze client data to identify pain points and recommend improvements.
• Configure Mekari Talenta applications to meet client workflows and compliance needs.
• Document client requirements and create detailed action plans.
• Manage administrative tasks and prepare progress reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in training or customer success within a SaaS company.
• Strong understanding of HRIS systems and payroll processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to tailor training content to diverse learning styles.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with clients and internal teams.
• Familiarity with Mekari Talenta or other HRIS/payroll software is a plus.
• Proficient in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and online presentation platforms.
• Experience in marketing campaigns is an advantage.
