Overview

The Re-Implementation & Retraining Associate will lead the re-training and re-implementation processes for Mekari software products, ensuring client satisfaction and effective use of the software.

• Lead end-to-end re-training and re-implementation for Mekari software.
• Design and deliver product training sessions tailored to clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any major.
• 1-2 years of experience in training or customer success in SaaS.
• Strong instructional design and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt training content to diverse needs.
• Excellent communication skills for client engagement.
• Teamwork skills for collaboration with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Mekari software products is a plus.
• Proficiency in CRM and productivity tools.
• Experience in marketing campaigns is a plus.
• Fluency in English is a plus.
