Overview

The Senior Implementation Associate will work closely with Merchants to ensure a smooth onboarding process and optimize their platform presence.

In Short

  • Work on challenging e-commerce problems.
  • Project manage the Merchant experience from start to finish.
  • Engage with Merchants from sales cycle to post-launch support.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in Implementation, Customer Success, or Account Management.
  • Proven track record of working directly with customers.
  • Experience with POS Systems, Open API, or SFTP Integrations.
