In Short

• Assist new customer onboardings and additional implementations for assigned accounts end-to-end.
• Work directly with customers to configure Risk Cloud applications.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Support project management efforts for all assigned implementations.
• Consult with the customer to deliver the appropriate implementation experience.
• Provide subject-matter expertise and Risk Cloud product advice.
• Become an expert user on the Risk Cloud platform.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Solutions Engineering and Customer Success.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in GRC Consulting, Solutions Architecture, or similar roles.
• Intermediate technical knowledge working in Excel or similar products.
• Highly motivated and passionate about technology and customer success.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts/priorities at a time.
• A drive to learn and be curious about customer problems.
