Overview

The Associate Technical Customer Support Engineer (Tier 2) is responsible for handling software issues reported by clients, assisting with software updates, and creating Knowledge Base articles. The role involves troubleshooting complex issues and communicating updates to clients.

In Short

  • Handle complex support tickets escalated from Tier 1.
  • Assist clients with technical support cases.
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting and escalate issues as needed.
  • Document findings and submit defects to the Product team.
  • Communicate updates to clients regarding support tickets.
  • Share knowledge with colleagues and document processes.
  • Participate in virtual meetings with clients.
  • Support Sales and Consulting teams as required.
  • Ensure timely completion of support cases.
  • Work remotely from anywhere in India.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • 0-2 years’ experience in Technical Customer Support or Fresher.
  • Basic knowledge of C#, ASP.Net, and Web Technologies.
  • Excellent SQL Server and JavaScript skills.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
  • Familiarity with IIS, API, and Firewalls.
  • Strong problem-solving and technical skills.
  • Ability to document troubleshooting processes.
  • Experience working remotely and with virtual collaboration tools.
  • Team collaboration skills.
