Virtual Assistant (Invoicing & Admin Support) - Remote

We are looking for a highly reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support invoicing, light finance, and day-to-day administrative operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in structured environments, communicates clearly, and can take full ownership of recurring tasks with minimal supervision.

In Short

• Part-time role (~25 hours/week, ~5 hours/day)
• Required overlap in PST (10:00 AM – 3:00 PM PST)
• Compensation: ~$1,000/month (based on experience and fit)
• Create, send, and manage invoices accurately and on time
• Track outstanding payments and follow up with clients as needed
• Maintain organized, up-to-date financial and operational records
• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support
• Assist with light reporting across platforms (e.g., sales, marketing performance)
• Ensure all tasks are completed consistently following established processes
