Influencer & Partner Manager for a Wellness company - Remote

Overview

We seek a strategic, data-driven Influencer and partner Manager to elevate our influencer marketing efforts. This role will attract, recruit, and manage influencer and creator partnerships via Superfiliate and other platforms, ensuring our brand reaches a larger, more engaged audience.

• Identify, research, and recruit influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors.
• Build and nurture relationships with micro, macro, and celebrity influencers.
• Manage influencer onboarding and contract negotiation.
• Develop and execute influencer campaigns that drive engagement.
• Create campaign briefs for on-brand content.
• Monitor and analyze influencer campaign performance.
• Optimize partnerships based on KPIs.
• Foster long-term relationships with influencers.
• Manage the affiliate and ambassador program.
• Stay ahead of social media trends and best practices.
