Medical Director (Value Based Care) - Remote

Overview

As a Medical Director at Pair Team, you will play a critical role in supervising and supporting our team of Nurse Practitioners (NPs), owning the development and implementation of clinical policies and protocols, and collaborating closely with our Population Health team to ensure excellent outcomes for underserved communities.

• Lead and supervise our team of Nurse Practitioners and Physicians.
• Ensure value-based cost-of-care and HEDIS targets are met.
• Collaborate with behavioral health, nursing, and care management leadership.
• Contribute to the strategic direction of the company’s clinical operations.
• Serve as the escalation point for complex clinical questions.
• Build relationships with health plans and community organizations.

Requirements

• Board certification in Family or Internal Medicine.
• 5+ years of clinical experience with leadership roles.
• Experience in developing clinical protocols in healthcare.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• A passion for serving vulnerable populations.
• Experience in telehealth or technology-enabled care delivery is a plus.
