Requirements

• Medical Degree from an accredited medical school.
• Current unrestricted medical license in AZ, CA, WA, MT, NV.
• Extensive clinical experience beyond residency.
• Board-certified in Primary Care/Family Medicine.
• Current DEA with no restrictions.
• Medicaid and Medicare enrollment.
• Experience with remote care and telehealth.
• Compassionate and detail-oriented approach.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Multi-lingual preferred.
