Overview

As the Marketing Manager, you’ll help elevate our brand, streamline content marketing efforts, and maintain a strong digital presence. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented marketer with experience in content creation, website management, and CRM marketing automation.

In Short

• Own Pair Team’s messaging playbook and update core positioning.
• Produce high-quality content including blog posts and case studies.
• Maintain and update the website for alignment with marketing strategy.
• Lead creation of marketing assets like pitch decks and sales materials.
• Execute webinars, newsletters, and outreach campaigns.
• Manage a consistent cadence of organic social content.
• Collaborate with Growth, Product, and Clinical teams.
• 5+ years of experience in content and digital marketing.
• Proficiency with CMS and CRM platforms.
• Passion for supporting underserved communities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in content marketing and digital marketing.
• Experience in developing marketing collateral.
• Proficiency with a CMS (e.g., Webflow).
• Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot).
• Excellent written skills for crafting compelling content.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Strong collaboration skills with various teams.
• Ownership mindset focused on driving results.
