Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations.
• Experience in building or improving field-based operational models.
• Ability to translate health plan requirements into workflows.
• Experience working with clinical teams and stakeholders.
• Prior management experience in operational teams.
• Strong operational judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort with data to assess performance.
• Experience with SOPs and operational tools.
• Effective communication skills.
