Overview

The Field Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing field operations to ensure efficient service delivery and project execution. This role involves managing and developing technicians and project managers, providing leadership, guidance, and professional growth opportunities. The Field Operations Manager maintains operational oversight and is responsible for coaching and training of AV Technicians, ensuring that workflows, processes, and resource allocation align with business objectives.

Requirements

• High School Degree or equivalent.
• 5+ Years of experience in ProAV Installations.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to read and mark-up blueprints of installation projects.
• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
• WA (06) Limited Energy Journeyman License required.
• CTS (AVIXA) Certification.
• Extron Installer Certification.
• Q-Sys Level 1 and Level 2 Certifications.
• Dante Level I Certifications.
