Overview

As a Learning and Development Specialist, you’ll support the build and maintenance of Pair Team’s learning content infrastructure as we scale. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who thrives on execution, adapts existing approaches to new challenges, and partners cross-functionally to keep learning materials accurate, organized, and up to date.

In Short

  • Develop and update interactive learning modules into SCORM-compliant courses.
  • Own assigned learning assets through their lifecycle.
  • Establish and maintain a structured learning content repository.
  • Develop learning modules for onboarding and updates.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to validate content.
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders.
  • Support or co-facilitate training sessions.
  • Adapt to product and workflow changes.
  • Identify and propose updates for content gaps.
  • Work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in learning content development.
  • Experience with SCORM-compliant courses and LMS.
  • Ownership of learning assets end-to-end.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Passion for helping individuals with complex needs.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
