The Learning and Development Specialist supports the People Team in designing and implementing impactful learning programs to enhance employee performance.

In Short

• Manage learning programs from design to evaluation and implementation.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop learning interventions.
• Utilize various modalities for learning interventions, including e-learning and videos.
• Facilitate ILV/vILT training sessions and workshops.
• Stay updated on learning trends and technologies.
• Support learning design and development across L&D.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in learning program development.
• Experience with various learning modalities.
• Basic communication skills for team collaboration.
• Proficient in instructional design models like ADDIE.
• Experience in training facilitation.
• Interest in employee performance improvement.
• Ability to work collaboratively.
