Senior Director, Product Management - Remote

Overview

This role will drive a strategy to improve the day to day productivity and effectiveness of our teams while delivering long-term strategic value to our customers. You will lead a team of product managers who are building across platform and feature teams solutions to bring better transparency, reportability and focus to activities.

Requirements

• 15+ years of product experience.
• 8 years of management experience.
• Experience in customer success or client performance management.
• Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to drive quantitative goals.
• Able to lead a remote team effectively.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with technical workflows to close quality care gaps.
• Ability to simplify complex ideas into clear communications.
• Proven track record of building business relationships.
• Able to create a structured product roadmap.
