Learning and Development Specialist - Remote

In Short

• Assist with administrative tasks related to scheduling, calendar invites, communications, and training logistics.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to update and improve training content.
• Respond to team member questions about onboarding and training.
• Plan and facilitate engaging virtual and blended training sessions.
• Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Support the design and delivery of onboarding sessions.
• Conduct regular readiness check-ins with new hires.
• Lead live, virtual training sessions for new users.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in training or learning & development.
• 2+ years of experience with curriculum/training material development.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management skills.
• Experience delivering or facilitating live training sessions.
• Comfortable learning new systems and tools.
• Familiarity with using or supporting a Learning Management System (LMS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Teams and Outlook).
• A collaborative mindset and customer-service orientation.
