Overview

The Learning and Development Specialist will work on a broad range of engaging projects, from designing and building eLearning content to creating innovative learning experiences that enhance the skills of employees.

In Short

• Design and develop interactive and multimedia learning solutions.

Requirements

• Professional experience in Instructional Design or related fields.
• Understanding of adult learning theory.
• Strong project management and technical writing skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in various forms.
• Proficient with technical tools for developing training.
• Energetic self-starter with creative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent visual design principles understanding.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing tasks.
• Demonstrated initiative and solid judgment abilities.
