Learning and Development Specialist - Remote

In Short

• Assist with administrative tasks related to scheduling and training logistics.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to improve training content.
• Respond to team member questions about onboarding and training.
• Facilitate engaging virtual and blended training sessions.
• Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Support the design and delivery of onboarding sessions.
• Conduct readiness check-ins with new hires.
• Lead live training sessions on key functions of clinical systems.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in training or learning & development.
• 2+ years of experience with curriculum/training material development.
• 2+ years of experience in customer service or project coordination.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience delivering or facilitating live training sessions.
• Comfortable learning new systems and tools.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Teams and Outlook).
