Headlight is a physician-owned, mental wellness, telehealth company focused on providing quality mental health and wellness care. We are seeking a Care Coordinator I to facilitate a frictionless experience for both clients and clinicians.

In Short

  • Facilitate execution of clinician-developed care plans for clients.
  • Respond to clinician requests via phone, text, and email.
  • Manage medication authorizations and pharmacy correspondence.
  • Assist clients in navigating the healthcare system.
  • Track client progress and conduct follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and HIPAA regulations.
  • Collaborate with Client Care, Billing, and Intake Teams.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients.
  • Work in a remote, supportive, and collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a medical/mental health office.
  • Working knowledge of Electronic Medical Records systems.
  • Experience with Excel, Word, and other computer programs.
  • Excellent communication skills through various channels.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting clinicians.
  • Understanding of CPT/ICD 10 coding.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Flexibility in a fast-paced work environment.
