VP of Finance - Remote

Overview

As the VP of Finance at Pair Team, you will guide the organization through its next stage of scale and complexity, transitioning the finance function into a strategic driver of the business.

• Oversee financial performance across multiple business lines.
• Serve as a key thought partner to the executive team.
• Lead financial management of value-based care contracts.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and effective collaboration with external advisors.
• Build and scale a high-performing finance organization.
• Establish internal controls and compliance systems.
• Manage insurance, risk, and financial compliance.
• Lead fundraising and investor relations.
• Support the executive team with cap table management.
• Communicate financial strategy and insights clearly.

Requirements

• 10+ years experience in FP&A and strategic finance.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of CPOM compliance.
• Experience with accounting and ERP tools.
• Ability to translate financial insights into operational decisions.
• Comfort in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong judgment and business acumen.
• Ability to communicate effectively with executive teams.
• A passion for healthcare access.
• Experience with data visualization tools preferred.
