In Short

  • You will be our pipeline architect, responsible for building your pipeline and laying the foundation for future business relationships.
  • You will be our market researcher, identifying potential customers through intensive research and lead generation.
  • You will be our persuader, contacting leads via phone or email, presenting our solution convincingly, and converting them into demos for the account executive team.
  • You will be flexible, smart, and our innovation driver, representing Packa passionately and identifying the right contacts in lead companies.
  • You will be our team player, working closely with the account executive team to turn promising leads into successful projects.

Requirements

  • You are our sales talent with initial professional experience in sales and cold calling, ideally proven in the complex world of B2B sales and/or the innovative SaaS sector.
  • You are our local hero, living in Berlin to support your team daily.
  • You are our communication expert, fluent in German and proficient in English (minimum C1).
  • You are our market analyst with strong analytical skills to evaluate market and customer information accurately.
  • You are our goal-oriented person, characterized by determination, organization, and teamwork.
  • You are our team player, able to integrate seamlessly into our dynamic team.
