In Short

  • Hiring a U.S.-based individual contributor for revenue growth across enterprise channel partners.
  • Focus on expansion, upsell, and retention within assigned accounts.
  • Drive activation, adoption, and expansion playbooks for newly activated accounts.
  • Build and execute account growth plans involving stakeholder mapping and executive access.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and negotiate expansions and renewals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing teams.
  • Track API integration health and resolve issues impacting revenue.
  • Maintain forecasting and reporting in HubSpot.
  • Represent the company at industry events to strengthen relationships.

Requirements

  • 4 to 7+ years in B2B channel partnership or enterprise account management.
  • Proven success in growing revenue in an assigned book of business.
  • Comfortable with long, multi-stakeholder cycles in regulated environments.
  • Working knowledge of crypto infrastructure and staking concepts.
  • Strong relationship skills with exchanges, custodians, and banks.
  • Data-driven operator with pipeline hygiene in HubSpot.
  • U.S. work authorization and excellent communication skills.
