Overview

As an Enterprise Account Manager at WorkWave, you will build strong relationships with enterprise clients, acting as a trusted advisor to drive adoption of our innovative software and fintech solutions.

  • Engage proactively with enterprise customers to understand their business needs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular Quarterly Business Reviews and account planning sessions.
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations aligned with customer priorities.
  • Manage the full expansion sales cycle from needs discovery to closing.
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline and achieve ARR quotas.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline management within Salesforce.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to address client needs.
  • Follow sales methodology best practices to improve win rates.

Requirements

  • Consultative, relationship-first sales approach.
  • Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and organized.
  • Proven track record of achieving ARR quotas.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and sales enablement tools.
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC or other sales frameworks.
  • 3–5 years of experience in SaaS sales/account management.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
