Technical Field Services Technician - Remote

Overview

The Technical Field Services Technician will provide deskside support, perform preventive maintenance, and support various devices and peripherals at client locations, ensuring compliance with OEM requirements and effective communication with end users.

In Short

• Provide deskside support and troubleshooting at client locations.
• Perform preventive maintenance on end-user devices.
• Monitor and manage ServiceNow ticket queue.
• Support both Windows and Non-Windows devices.
• Coordinate with end users for on-site support.
• Handle IMACD services for device management.
• Maintain compliance with security requirements.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Travel to various client locations as needed.
• Fulfill up to 50 move requests each month.

Requirements

• Good standing security clearance (L1/L2/L3) or previous CGP clearance.
• Bilingual in French/English for applicants in Quebec.
• Experience in deskside support and device maintenance.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently.
