As the Head of Community, you will lead efforts to build relationships within our audience of restaurant owners, creating opportunities for connection and collaboration.

Act as a bridge between Owner and its audience.
Empower restaurant owners with educational content.
Host engaging events to boost brand recognition.
Drive customer retention and feature adoption.
Develop strategies for audience engagement.
Work closely with the CEO and VP of Marketing.
Utilize social media for content creation.
Travel frequently to meet restaurant owners.
Share best practices and insights with customers.

Requirements

Experience in restaurant leadership or management.
Background in social media and content marketing.
Willingness to travel monthly.
Strong understanding of restaurant operations.
