• Respond to incoming inquiries via phone and web forms.
• Conduct concise, compassionate discovery calls.
• Guide qualified consumers through the next steps of representation.
• Document all caller information and case details in Hubspot.
• Manage follow-ups for pending leads.

Requirements

• Strong English communication skills (C1 level).
• Fully bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish.
• At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume call center or customer service.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable typing 45+ WPM.
