• Serve as the first point of contact for individuals seeking legal help after an injury.
• Listen, qualify, and introduce potential clients to partner legal teams.
• Conduct compassionate discovery calls to gather essential case details.
• Apply proprietary scripts to determine case fit for legal teams.
• Document all caller information in Salesforce accurately.
• Manage follow-ups for pending leads.
• Work independently from a home office.
• Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
• Experience in high-volume environments is preferred.
• Earn $5-$8/hour based on experience.

Requirements

• Strong English communication skills (C1 level).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• 1 year of experience in customer service or call centers.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills.
• Sales-minded approach to guide callers.
• Tech-savvy and able to type 45+ WPM.
