Price Benowitz, LLP is seeking a full-time Personal Injury Client Intake Specialist to join their growing team. The main objective is to interact with prospective clients to ensure the prompt signing of appropriate personal injury cases and establish a quality relationship with the firm.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for evaluating potential personal injury cases.
• Answer a high volume of inbound calls promptly and professionally.
• Respond to potential clients via phone, email, chat, and text.
• Assist with the intake schedules for attorneys as needed.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through client relation responsibilities.

Requirements

• Recent personal injury intake experience required.
• Strong sales skills.
• Strong verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to exercise flexibility and good judgment.
• Must pass a background check.
• Fluency in other languages is a plus.
