We are seeking a highly skilled Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to handle personal injury cases from our D.C. office, providing top-tier legal representation and managing a caseload of litigation matters.

In Short

• Handle a caseload of personal injury litigation matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
• Conduct depositions and represent clients in court hearings.
• Prepare cases for trial and collaborate with the trial team.
• Maintain regular communication with clients for case updates.
• Engage in settlement negotiations with opposing counsel.
• Ensure compliance with procedural rules of DC courts.
• Must be licensed to practice law in MD or VA.
• 3-5 years of personal injury litigation experience required.
• Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not required.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in either MD or VA (or both).
• 3-5 years of personal injury litigation experience.
• Strong knowledge of personal injury law.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple cases.
• Proven ability to negotiate favorable settlements.
• Proficiency with case management software.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
