Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in criminal defense.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Must be barred and in good standing in North Carolina.
• Ability to manage a full caseload independently.
• Knowledge of court rules and procedures.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
