As a Legal Intake Specialist at Ovation Law Firm, you will be the first point of contact for clients, gathering case details and ensuring an outstanding initial experience.

• Sales or client-facing role experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with Hubspot is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Must have a laptop/desktop with specific requirements.
• Amenable to work during U.S. business hours.
