Overview

As a Senior Drafter, you will play a key role in developing detailed and accurate architectural drawings, site plans, and as-built documentation utilizing point cloud data and Revit software.

In Short

• Utilize point cloud scans to generate accurate site plans and architectural drawings in Revit.
• Assist in building and maintaining a standard detail library within Revit.
• Create, modify, and maintain Revit families for project efficiency.
• Draft architectural details, elevations, and construction documents.
• Ensure all as-built drawings are accurate and up to date.
• Gather and compile cut sheets for materials used in projects.
• Conduct thorough quality checks on drafted drawings.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for integrated drawings.
• Participate in project meetings and design reviews.
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders.
