We’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Content & Social Media Specialist with a strong background in copywriting, social media scheduling, and AI tools like ChatGPT. You’ll support our content strategy, LinkedIn presence, and light website updates for a Microsoft Dynamics 365-focused consultancy.

In Short

• Repurpose blog articles into compelling LinkedIn posts.
• Write long-form articles and short-form LinkedIn posts.
• Ensure content is proofread and on-brand.
• Create visual and video assets using various tools.
• Manage and schedule posts across multiple LinkedIn profiles.
• Monitor engagement and boost reach through strategic reposting.
• Help update website content and images.
• Write and refine email copy for marketing campaigns.
• Assist with basic office administration tasks.
• Support ad hoc admin tasks as requested.

Requirements

• Excellent written English with strong proofreading skills.
• Experience writing for LinkedIn in a B2B context.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles.
• Skilled in using AI tools for idea generation.
• Familiar with visual tools like PowerPoint and Filmora.
• Strong organisational skills and basic admin experience.
• Ability to follow a style guide and take feedback constructively.
• Previous exposure to email marketing is a plus.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously.
