End to End Loan Processor - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Loan Processor to join a growing mortgage broking business supporting Australian clients, managing end-to-end loan processing while delivering an exceptional client experience.

In Short

• Support the broker with end-to-end loan processing for residential and commercial mortgages.
• Manage the loan pipeline from initial application through to settlement.
• Liaise directly with clients to collect required documentation and provide updates.
• Communicate with lenders, solicitors, and other third parties to ensure smooth processing.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
• Experience with Apply Online and project management tools.
• Contribute to process improvements and best practices.
• Train and mentor future loan processing staff.

Requirements

• Australian mortgage broker experience.
• Proven ability to process loans end-to-end.
• Confident in client communication.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working under pressure.
• Familiar with serviceability calculations.
