Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Shopify Admin Assistant to support our e-commerce operations, ensuring a seamless online shopping experience.

In Short

• Upload, edit, and maintain product listings on Shopify.
• Prepare, resize, and compress product images.
• Ensure data accuracy for product details and inventory levels.
• Basic HTML and CSS knowledge for product formatting.
• Manage homepage banners and promotional content.
• Assist with order updates and inventory support.
• Generate and maintain basic sales and inventory reports.
• Maintain clear communication with internal teams and suppliers.
• Work independently and proactively update managers.
• Provide customer support as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience with Shopify or similar platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Proficiency in image editing tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with Shopify apps and integrations is a plus.
• Prior experience in e-commerce administration is preferred.
