Overview

This role involves managing customer inquiries and orders for a leading custom-branded apparel company, focusing on high-quality service and efficient communication.

In Short

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls (up to 60+ daily).
  • Assess customer needs for custom orders and relay information to relevant teams.
  • Log calls in CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Forward leads or complex orders to sales representatives.
  • Provide accurate product information and order guidance.
  • Resolve common customer issues and aim for high satisfaction.
  • Support customers via email and live chat as needed.
  • Collect customer feedback to improve service quality.
  • Create artwork proof images using design software.
  • Manage production flow and website quote requests.
  • Nurture relationships with past customers to reactivate accounts.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in e-commerce or B2B.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Experience with high-volume calling.
  • Proficient in CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Familiarity with order processing and customer ticketing tools.
  • Basic skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and customer-first attitude.
  • Knowledge of custom apparel printing techniques is a plus.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Comfortable learning new tools independently.
