Overview

The Site of Care Support Representative is responsible for reviewing and coordinating in-bound Site of Care referrals for infusion patients, supporting the Site of Care department by processing referrals and communicating with various partners.

In Short

  • Review and coordinate Site of Care referrals for infusion patients.
  • Process incoming referrals from the precertification department.
  • Communicate with internal and external partners.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in CRM.
  • Review insurance benefits and claim history.
  • Assist with escalating issues to clinical and leadership teams.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and ability to work under pressure.
  • Utilize proficient computer skills in a Windows environment.
  • Work collaboratively to build strong relationships.
  • Ensure high accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
  • Strong sense of urgency with assignments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to multi-task and follow directions.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability.
  • High organizational and time management skills.
  • H.S. diploma or equivalent required.
  • Healthcare or pharmacy experience preferred.
  • Salesforce experience preferred.
