In Short

Contribute in all aspects of SDLC process (SCRUM, Design, Code, Test, Deploy & Maintain).
Design and build highly available, scalable and responsive services & APIs.
Collaborate with Product, UX, and other Engineering teams.
Improve overall code quality and maintainability.
Mentor junior engineers through pair programming.
Implement SecDevops best practices.
Work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Engage in performance optimization of MongoDB.
Drive the technical debt backlog.

Requirements

Bachelors in CS or relevant degree/work experience.
10+ years of experience in building large consumer-facing products.
Expert in building resilient, scalable, and secure software.
Experience with Agile/DevOps environments.
Familiarity with tech stack: Spring Boot, .NET, Kubernetes, Kafka, MongoDB.
Expert in threading and memory management.
Experience with unit & integration testing.
Passion for test-driven development.
Experience with event sourcing preferred.
Expert in “design first” approach to software development.
