Overview

We are seeking a seasoned AML Subject Matter Expert to serve as Oscilar's principal BSA/AML authority and trusted advisor to our customers and partners, bridging deep regulatory expertise with practical implementation guidance.

• Lead AML expert during prospect engagements.
• Conduct compliance readiness assessments.
• Partner with sales teams on BSA/AML pain points.
• Guide customers on implementation best practices.

Requirements

• 8-12+ years of BSA/AML compliance experience.
• Expert-level knowledge of BSA and USA PATRIOT Act.
• Strong understanding of AML technology capabilities.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• CAMS certification required.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
• Experience with specific verticals like crypto/digital assets.
• Proven track record in regulatory examinations.
• Experience in both traditional and digital banking.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams.
