In Short

• Design and build comprehensive AML workflow solutions.
• Develop standardized AML templates and best practices.
• Create reusable AML rule sets and risk models.
• Lead development of Agentic AI procedures for AML.
• Collaborate with Data Science teams for advanced NLP applications.
• Serve as the primary AML expert during pre-sales engagements.
• Conduct AML maturity assessments for clients.
• Establish quality assurance processes for AML implementations.
• Provide strategic advisory services to executives.
• Monitor post-implementation performance for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in AML/BSA compliance.
• Proven track record implementing AML solutions at banks.
• Deep understanding of AML regulations.
• Experience with AI/ML applications in AML.
• Exceptional ability to translate AML requirements into technology solutions.
• Strong communication skills with executive stakeholders.
• Experience building and mentoring high-performing teams.
• Advanced degree in a related field is preferred.
• Professional certifications like CAMS are a plus.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies like blockchain analytics.
