• Work within Clinical Business Operations to drive success of UM Operations.
• Define and operationalize Prior Authorization strategy to improve program ROI.
• Manage the source of truth and monitor performance of auth strategy.
• Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical teams.
• Report to the Director, UM Authorization Strategy.
• Work remotely or in-office at least two days a week if within commutable distance.
• Must reside in specified states across the USA.
• Base pay varies by location.

Requirements

• 6+ years experience in strategy and operations.
• 4+ years project planning and program management experience.
• Expertise in data-driven decision making.
