Senior Manager, Audience Strategy - Remote

Overview

WORTHI is an ethnographic marketing, communications and content company focused on creating cultural relevance between unique community needs and brand stories. We are looking for a Senior Manager, Audience Strategy to manage social/marketing efforts for clients targeting historically marginalized audiences.

In Short

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
• Develop and nurture long-lasting client relationships.
• Drive client needs forward through collaboration.
• Manage multiple projects ensuring high quality and timely delivery.
• Lead shaping digital strategies including content creation and analytics.
• Oversee voice/tone development and community management.
• Support conceptualization of creative pitches for social content.
• Develop social recap reports with insights.
• Occasional evening or weekend work may be needed.

Requirements

• 6+ years of social media strategy/management and digital marketing.
• Experience with historically marginalized audiences preferred.
• Client-focused with a passion for account management.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Creative mindset and ability to juggle multiple projects.
• Experience managing accounts for large brands a plus.
• Strong computer skills and understanding of project management tools.
