  • Enable outbound prospecting motions for sales representatives.
  • Own conversational intelligence program for ongoing training.
  • Embed coaching and accountability into GTM execution.
  • Utilize GTM tools effectively in daily workflows.
  • Collaborate with frontline managers for system alignment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales enablement or leadership.
  • Track record of building impactful enablement programs.
  • Strong sales credibility with quota-carrying experience.
  • Expertise in MEDDPICC sales methodology.
  • Analytical skills for performance data interpretation.
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills.
