Overview

The Go-To-Market Enablement Manager will be a critical partner to both the Growth Organization and Client Organization, developing and delivering comprehensive enablement programs that equip market-facing teams with the knowledge, skills, and tools needed for performance and revenue growth.

In Short

  • Partner with Growth and Client Organizations to align enablement priorities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish execution plans.
  • Design and execute onboarding and training programs.
  • Manage high-quality GTM enablement content and knowledge repositories.
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of enablement programs.
  • Drive enablement initiatives from conception to completion.
  • Utilize data to inform recommendations and improvements.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and facilitation skills.
  • Manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the healthcare/benefits industry is required.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in GTM Enablement or Training.
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of direct training experience.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver impactful enablement programs.
  • Strong collaborative skills and relationship-building ability.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and inform strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Strong program management and organizational skills.
  • PMP certification or equivalent experience is a plus.
