Senior Customer Success Manager - Remote

Overview

Orca AI is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Customer Success Manager to establish a trusting relationship with our customers, managing the entire post-sale customer lifecycle.

In Short

• Manage the implementation and onboarding of new customers.
• Develop strategic trusted advisor relationships with decision makers.
• Represent the voice of the customer in product development.
• Partner with Sales and Product Teams for upsell and expansion opportunities.
• Ensure customers receive maximum value from Orca AI products.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in Customer Success in a SaaS environment.
• Technical knowledge related to AI and Computer Vision.
• Strong prioritization skills and process orientation.
• Native English speaker with excellent communication skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a team player.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Background in Maritime is a strong advantage.
