Senior Product Marketing Manager - Remote

Overview

As Optery’s Product Marketing Manager, you will own product marketing strategy, positioning, and enablement across both B2C and B2B product lines. You’ll craft compelling messaging for Optery Personal, Optery for Family, Optery for Business, and the Optery API; create customer‑facing assets; and arm sales, support, and growth teams with the tools they need to win.

• Script, storyboard, and oversee the production of explainer videos and sales collateral.
• Create and update Help Center articles and training materials.
• Monitor market trends and competitor offerings.
• Deliver training sessions and integrate marketing assets into the CRM.
• Conduct interviews and surveys for customer insights.
• Define and track KPIs to measure marketing initiatives.
• Align cross-functional teams around messaging and product launches.
• Work in a mission-driven, high-growth startup environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years in product marketing at B2C or B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or privacy/security companies.
• Successful in launching and positioning consumer and enterprise products.
• Strong storytelling skills for diverse audiences.
• Hands-on experience with explainer videos and customer enablement materials.
• Proven track record in creating knowledge-base content.
• Analytical mindset with A/B testing experience.
• Familiarity with marketing and sales tools like HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Self-starter with strong project-management skills.
• Passion for consumer data privacy and security.
