In Short

• Develop the product and assortment strategy and roadmap in collaboration with the founders.
• Own the development of new products through market and competitive analysis.
• Create strong marketing claims based on market understanding and manage project timelines.
• Monitor product performance against relevant KPIs and conduct analyses for optimization.
• Become an internal expert on specific dog breeds and their owners.
• Conduct targeted customer research and establish formats for sharing insights.
• Regularly screen the market and competition for innovative ideas.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar with at least 3 years of experience in Product Marketing or Management.
• Experience managing products through their entire lifecycle.
• Structured, proactive, and capable of managing cross-functional projects.
• Analytical mindset with knowledge of performance KPIs and market analysis.
• Understanding of dog owners' needs and pain points.
• Fluent in German (C1) and very good in English (B2).
