Overview

We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for proactively identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities through outbound outreach efforts.

In Short

  • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via email, phone calls, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Research and identify key decision-makers within target accounts.
  • Craft personalized outreach strategies to initiate conversations with potential clients.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on company criteria.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of prospect interactions within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Provide feedback from prospects and market insights.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of outbound sales, lead generation, or business development experience.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Comfortable with CRM platforms and sales engagement tools.
  • Self-starter mentality with a strong work ethic.
  • Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
