• Lead and coordinate the implementation of risk management programs.
• Manage and develop the Operational Risk team.
• Create risk-management strategies with senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with the Issue Management Policy.
• Identify, measure, monitor, and control risks in business activities.
• Integrate risk considerations into strategic planning.
• Support internal/external audits and regulatory examinations.
• Improve the Operational Risk team’s operating model.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in banking, compliance, and risk management.
• 5+ years of experience leading teams.
• Experience in designing and operationalizing risk programs.
• Experience in Financial Services or FinTech.
• Experience in driving transformation projects.
• Broad risk management experience.
• Understanding of compliance management systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to present to C-suite stakeholders.
